Steve studied Strength and Conditioning at Birmingham University and with world renowned educator Charles Poliquin.

Strength and Conditioning holds a large superiority over your basic personal training because strength training has been proved time and time again to be the most effective way of burning body fat and therefore improving ones body composition, along with a multitude of other benefits. Steve will take you through a variety of workouts designed to improve your body composition, flexibility, muscle and joint strength.
