Steve’s personal training is devoted to taking you through a program that has been specifically designed to enable you to achieve whatever personal goals you have. From improved sport performance, greater fitness, strength development, injury rehabilitation/prevention or simply an improvement in your lifestyle.
Steve believes that a good personal coach does not just deliver an appropriate workout but also provides constant feedback on progression through detailed records, regular email updates and motivation for that time spent away from the gym, hopefully providing that all important support and knowledge required to achieve those results you have been craving!
A typical training session is comprised of approximately 45 minutes of lifting and 10 to 15 minutes of warming up, PNF stretching and foam rolling.
